How to Make Scrambled Eggs

You need:

• Eggs
• Milk, plant milk or water
• Extra virgin olive oil or butter
• Salt
• Pepper

To make scrambled eggs you have to follow this direction:

• First, beat the eggs and whisk until the yolk and whites are thoroughly combined.
• Add the milk or water, and whisk again. The eggs should be an even yellow color, with no translucent spots or streaks.
• Next, gently preheat the pan. Brush a small nonstick skillet with olive oil, or melt a little butter inside it. Warm the skillet over medium heat.
• Pour in the egg mixture, and let it cook for a few seconds, undisturbed.
• Then, pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs.
• Continue cooking over medium-low heat, folding and stirring the eggs every few seconds. 
• For a soft, creamy scramble, stop when the eggs are mostly set, but a little liquid egg remains.
• Remove the pan from the heat, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
• And yap, the scrambled eggs is ready

How to Make Oxtail Soup

Ingredients:

• Three oxtails       
• One ounce of butter
• Two carrots       
• Three onions
• One leek       
• One celery
• Pepper           
• A table spoon of salt
• Water          
• One boil egg

Steps:

• First, take three tails, wash clean and put in a kettle with nearly a gallon of cold water. Then, add a bit salt. When the meat is well cooked, take out the bones. Let this stand in a cool room and covered.
• Next, skim off the crust or fat which has risen to the top. After that, add a little onion, carrot, or any vegetables you choose. Chopping them and added. Don’t forget garnish with boil egg. Finally, oxtail soup ready to served.

How to Make a Pancake

Ingredients: 

• 3-4 spoonful of flour
• 2 eggs
• 250 ml of milk
• 1 stick of butter

Materials:

• Mixing bowl
• 2 table spoons
• 2 cups
• 1 small pan

Steps: 

• First, put the flour in the bowl
• Then, put 250 ml of milk in the bowl
• Break the 2 eggs into the bowl. Mix it with a spoon
• Heat up the pan and put the butter. Then put the mix in the pan
• Let the pancake mix cook about 5 minutes. Flip pancake over when the top is brown
• Finally, your pancake is ready to be serve
