Smith bercerita bahwa lagu ini ia tulis bersama Jimmy Napes dan Stargate di Los Angeles selama masa pemulihan dirinya dari patah hati.

Smith juga menyampaikan bahwa ia telah menuangkan seluruh hati dan jiwanya untuk lagu ini dan merasa bangga, karena akhirnya bisa merilis lagu ini untuk didengarkan orang lain.

Lagu ini akan berada dalam album berjudul sama yang tertunda perilisannya. Kemungkinan Smith juga akan mengganti judul album ini, karena keadaan Covid-19.
