Lagu ini baru saja rilis pada 16 Juni 2021 dalam album singel yang berjudul sama.

Album tersebut terdapat tiga buah lagu yakni "Back To You" versi asli berbahasa Mandarin dan versi berbahasa Inggris serta "Sleepless".
