Daftar Lengkap Pemenang Grammy Awards 2024, Debut Miley Cyrus dan Rekor Taylor Swift

KOMPAS.com – Ajang penghargaan musik bergengsi Grammy Awards 2024 baru saja berlangsung di Los Angeles, California Minggu (4/2/2024) waktu Amerika atau Senin (5/2/2024) waktu Indonesia.

Musisi asal Amerika Phoebe Bridgers menjadi artis musik yang membawa pulang penghargaan terbanyak.

Acara Grammy Awards 2024 sendiri berlangsung di Crypto.com Arena LA dan dibagi menjadi dua bagian – upacara perdana, di mana sebagian besar penghargaan dibagikan, dan upacara utama, yang disiarkan di televisi.

Phoebe Bridgers membawa pulang tiga penghargaan bersama grup bandnya Boygenius, penghargaan yang diraih Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song, dan Best Alternative Music Album – serta Best Pop Duo/Group Performance untuk lagu “Ghost In The Machine”, kolaborasinya dengan penyanyi SZA.

Menjelang acara tersebut, SZA menjadi artis dengan nominasi terbanyak dengan sembilan nominasi, tetapi akhirnya hanya menyabet dua piala.

Rapper Killer Mike juga meraih tiga penghargaan, untuk Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Album.

Namun, tak lama setelah kemenangannya, Killer Mike dilaporkan ditangkap polisi karena “pelanggaran ringan” yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan apa pun yang terjadi pada acara Grammy Awards.

Miley Cyrus juga memenangkan dua penghargaan Grammy pertamanya, meraih Pop Solo Performance dan Record Of The Year untuk lagu “Flowers”.

Sementara itu, Victoria Monet dinobatkan sebagai Best New Artist, sementara Taylor Swift membuat sejarah dengan memenangkan Album Of The Year untuk album Midnights.

Pencapaian tersebut menjadikan Taylor Swift artis dengan kemenangan terbanyak di kategori tersebut, melampaui Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon dan Frank Sinatra.

Taylor Swift juga memberikan kejutan besar saat ia mengumpulkan penghargaan untuk Best Pop Vocal Performance dengan mengumumkan bahwa ia akan merilis album baru, The Tortured Poets Department, pada 19 April 2024.

Penampilan di Grammy Awards 2024 sendiri disajikan SZA, Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, dan Luke Combs, yang ditemani Tracy Chapman untuk penampilan publik yang jarang terjadi.

U2 menyiarkan langsung pertunjukan dari residensi mereka di Las Vegas Sphere untuk acara tersebut, sementara Stevie Wonder, Jon Batiste dan Annie Lennox tampil selama sesi In Memoriam Segment.

Joni Mitchell juga tampil untuk pertunjukan live yang langka, menandai debutnya di panggung Grammy Awards meski sudah 18 kali masuk nominasi Grammy dengan sembilan kali kemenangan.
