Novel tersebut bertajuk Shampoo Planet karya Douglas Coupland dan di bagian tertentu, sang karakter utama berkata, "What I write are not sins; I write tragedies."
Lagu ini menjadi singel kedua dari album studio debut Panic! at the Disco, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out (2005).
