Dalam permulaan video YouTube-nya, dodie menjelaskan bahwa lagu ini ditulis mengenai temannya yang membantunya menemukan dirinya kembali setelah tersesat dari hubungan yang tidak sehat.

Lagu yang rilis pada 2019 ini kemudian menjadi original soundtrack untuk sebuah serial TV animasi bertajuk Moominvalley.
